Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card required. You get rooms, issues, a weekly swarm, and 60 minutes of hosted sandbox time each month. Local runs through the steer CLI don't use sandbox minutes.
When do Team and Business launch?
Soon. Until then, every workspace is on Free. Need higher limits now? Get in touch and we can raise them for your workspace.
Can I avoid the sandbox minute limit?
Yes. Turn on your own Blaxel account in Settings → Cloud sandboxes. Cloud agents then run and bill on your Blaxel account, with no Eigen sandbox minutes or caps.
Do I pay for model usage through Eigen?
No. Agents use your Cursor, Anthropic, or OpenAI keys (BYOK), so model usage is billed by the provider directly.
